BOSE employees’ stages protest against postig of KAS officer as Secretary board | KNO

All the employees associations in J&K Board of School Education (BOSE) are protesting against the government decision to appoint a KAS officer as Secretary of the board. The employees’ associations in JKBOSE, which include officers association, non-gazetted employees association and technocrats union, assembled in the JKBOSE premises and staged an hour-long protest against the appointment of a KAS officer in BOSE. The government on Saturday ordered a reshuffle in civil administration and posted a KAS officer, special secretary higher education department (HED) Riyaz Ahmad as secretary JKBOSE. “The protest will be held across the state in all sub offices including Jammu division,” said president general employees association Tauqeer Ahmad Khan.
